What You'll Work On Claude & Claude Code Claude Code is an important part of our technical workflow, and we actively use it to build client projects. You should already be comfortable with Claude and Claude Code and understand how to use them for development, integrations, debugging, research, and technical problem-solving We want someone who can use AI effectively while still understanding and taking ownership of the underlying technical solution. APIs, MCP & Integrations • REST APIs • Webhooks • JSON • API authentication and OAuth • API documentation • Data mapping • MCP integrations and servers • Troubleshooting integrations You don't need to memorize every API. You should be able to read documentation, understand how systems communicate, and figure out how to connect them. CRM & Automation A large part of our work involves building and connecting CRM systems for law firms. You should understand: • Pipelines and opportunities • Custom fields and tags • Workflows and automations • Forms and calendars • Email/SMS follow-up • Lead routing • Reporting and attribution • CRM integrations and data synchronization Experience with GoHighLevel is highly valuable. Familiarity with legal platforms such as Clio, MyCase, Filevine, CASEpeer, Actionstep, or LEAP is a strong advantage. Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms is also valuable. Client Projects You'll work on projects such as: • CRM implementations • Lead and intake systems • AI-powered workflows and agents • API and MCP integrations • Automated follow-up systems • Dashboards and reporting • Scheduling and communication workflows • Custom internal tools • Third-party software integrations Our clients use different technology stacks, so being adaptable and comfortable learning new platforms is important. Supporting the CX Team You'll also be a technical resource for our Client Experience team. That means helping troubleshoot technical issues, explaining how client systems work, documenting implementations, supporting technical portions of client calls when needed, and helping the team become more capable with Claude, Claude Code, and the systems we build. The goal is to make technical knowledge accessible across the team rather than keeping it siloed.
The Role We're looking for a Technical Solutions Manager who is technically strong, curious, and comfortable figuring things out. You'll help design, build, troubleshoot, and improve technical systems for My Legal Academy and our law firm clients. You'll also work closely with our Client Experience (CX) team to help them understand and successfully use the systems we build. You don't need to have worked with every platform in our tech stack. You do need a strong understanding of how modern systems connect and the ability to quickly learn what you don't know
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with hands-on experience across several of the following: • Claude & Claude Code • APIs and webhooks • MCP • CRM systems • Automation platforms My Legal Academy Page 3 • JSON and API authentication • Technical integrations • Debugging and troubleshooting • AI-powered workflows • Basic scripting or development You don't need to be a traditional software engineer, but you should be technically capable enough to understand how systems work together and confidently investigate problems. How You Work Technical ability matters, but so does ownership. We want someone who: • Takes responsibility for technical outcomes • Investigates problems rather than immediately escalating them • Tests their work thoroughly • Communicates issues early • Documents what they build • Can manage multiple projects • Helps other team members learn • Stays curious about new technology We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be someone who can figure things out.
