What You Need • 2+ years of outreach, business development, or sales experience with proven results • A track record of consistently hitting meeting-booking quotas • Experience across multiple outreach channels — email, LinkedIn, phone, video • Strong research instincts and the ability to spot high-value prospects fast • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfort with rejection and the persistence to try a new angle when the first one fails • Experience with CRM systems and outreach automation tools

What You Will Do • Run high-volume, multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings with affiliates, sponsors, media, and strategic partners • Build targeted prospect lists through research — identify decision makers and high-value opportunities • Test messaging, channels, and timing constantly to improve conversion rates • Hit monthly meeting-booking targets consistently • Manage your pipeline in the CRM and follow through until a meeting is booked or the opportunity is exhausted • Report on your own performance — response rates, conversion rates, channel effectiveness — and adjust your approach based on the data • Work closely with the partnerships team to understand exactly who and what makes a great meeting
