Senior Back-end Engineer

Experience and Skills • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically building and scaling backend applications in production. • Proven expertise with Java and Spring Boot. • Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs. • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems. • Solid understanding of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and caching strategies. • C1 English level or higher. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. • Take end-to-end ownership of backend features, from architectural design and implementation to testing and production monitoring. • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed global team to solve complex technical and product challenges. • Drive code quality, performance optimization, and architectural best practices across the engineering team. • Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
