SAP Success Factors Payroll Security

SuccessFactors Payroll Security (GRC + SF) We need an SAP professional with proven experience in SAP GRC and the ability to manage SuccessFactors security in a payroll context. You should be comfortable working in the SAP ecosystem and translating governance requirements into practical, reliable access controls. Required skills & experience • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors security, including role/permission management related to payroll or payroll-adjacent processes. • Experience with SAP GRC concepts and security/compliance practices in an SAP environment. • Ability to manage access requests, validate role assignments, and troubleshoot authorization gaps. • Strong understanding of security fundamentals (least privilege, segregation of duties concepts, and audit readiness). • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT Security, and system owners). SAP Security & Access Controls We are looking for a security-focused SAP consultant who can manage SAP SuccessFactors Payroll security while leveraging SAP GRC knowledge across the broader SAP environment. • Own and maintain access control for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll by designing, validating, and troubleshooting security roles and permissions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for payroll-related access and ensure the security model matches operational needs. • Apply SAP GRC concepts to support compliant access management practices across connected SAP systems. • Partner with HR/Finance and IT teams to resolve authorization issues, role assignment problems, and reporting needs. • Support audit and compliance requirements by documenting security configurations and providing evidence as needed. • Coordinate with system administrators and platform teams to implement security changes with minimal disruption. • Continuously improve security processes through lessons learned, standardization, and proactive risk reduction.

Desirable • Experience securing other SuccessFactors modules in addition to payroll. • Working knowledge of RBAC patterns and role design best practices within SuccessFactors. • Experience supporting audit cycles (e.g., preparing evidence, validating access matrices, and remediation support). • Background in healthcare, finance, retail, or SaaS environments where compliance and access governance are critical.
