SAP MM/Wm

Requirements • Experience with SAP MM and SAP WM (localization or project background aligned to Colombia or Chile). • Colombia or Chile localization experience needed. • Based out of any South American country. • Ability to support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST. • Spanish and English fluency (able to communicate clearly with stakeholders in both languages). • Willingness to travel to Colombia or Chile based on customer request.

What you’ll do • Support the customer’s SAP MM/WM needs during the required coverage window: 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and updates are understood in both Spanish and English. • Handle customer requests related to SAP MM/WM work as directed by the engagement scope. • Follow the client’s process for coordination, issue tracking, and resolution. • When requested, travel to Colombia or Chile to support delivery activities.

Nice to have • Previous customer-facing experience supporting SAP MM/WM users and processes. • Experience working in Colombia or Chile delivery environments (local business processes, terminology, and practical configuration knowledge). • Comfort working in a timezone-aligned support model and coordinating across teams during the CST window. • Adaptability for travel-based support when required by the customer.
