Sales Enablement Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly with the CEO to help build scalable sales and partner enablement systems. Typical responsibilities include: • Coordinating dealer and partner onboarding • Managing CRM records and keeping opportunities current • Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns • Building and improving sales workflows • Creating simple graphics and sales materials in Canva • Coordinating follow-up communications • Managing sales documentation and internal knowledge bases • Assisting with LinkedIn and social media content scheduling • Tracking marketing and campaign performance • Supporting webinars, product launches, and partner education • Helping improve our sales processes as we grow No two days will be exactly the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience Experience with some (not necessarily all) of these tools is helpful: • ActiveCampaign (or similar marketing automation platforms) • HubSpot, Salesforce, OnePage CRM, or other CRM systems • Canva • Microsoft 365 • SharePoint • Excel / Google Sheets • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity Experience with automation tools is a plus. Nice to Have • B2B marketing experience • Sales operations or sales enablement experience • Experience supporting remote sales teams • Basic graphic design skills • Experience creating email campaigns • Interest in AI productivity tools and workflow automation
