Experience and Skills • Lead-level experience with 6+ years in software engineering, including significant ownership of production software architecture. • C1 English level or higher. • Strong full-stack engineering proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. • Demonstrated experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, or object-based enterprise data models. • Proven track record taking software from early prototype through production deployment in distributed cloud environments. • Strong background in enterprise security, access controls such as RBAC and ABAC, data isolation, encryption, and compliance frameworks. • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading engineers alongside direct collaboration with business stakeholders. • Ability to travel internationally as required. • Hands-on experience with Cloud Architecture, Data Modeling, Distributed Systems, API Design, Relational Databases, large language models. Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop the core technology platform, including a unified data layer connecting databases, APIs, documents, and real-time feeds. • Develop semantic layers and ontologies to model business objects, relationships, operational workflows, and permissions. • Build infrastructure enabling AI agents to securely access context, invoke tools, and execute workflows in production. • Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, establishing development standards, review processes, and engineering practices. • Partner directly with operational stakeholders to translate complex business problems into robust software applications and data models. • Convert custom customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities and repeatable deployment patterns. • Implement enterprise-grade security, identity management, data isolation, audit logging, and compliance controls across the platform.
