Requirements We will expect you to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and to demonstrate hands-on familiarity with modern digital marketing practices. • Experience with digital marketing techniques, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, Meta/Google advertising, social media, content creation, and web-based funnels. • Demonstrated ability to improve CAC through structured ad variation testing and performance iteration. • Comfort working with marketing/CRM software and adapting quickly when systems change. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, keep documentation current, and maintain quality under deadlines. • Analytical mindset: you should be able to interpret basic performance metrics and translate results into action. • Self-starter attitude and ownership—proactively identifying what needs to be tested, improved, or organized. • Clear communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teammates and implement feedback quickly. • Experience contributing during company growth (or similarly high-velocity environments) is important. If you love everything digital marketing and enjoy learning in an environment that values personal growth, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities We will look for a Marketing Assistant who can help us execute and optimize our digital growth engine. Your work will support daily campaign operations, performance improvements, and continuous experimentation across channels. • Help manage and optimize paid acquisition efforts (e.g., Meta and Google) including ad creation support, performance tracking, and variation testing. • Support SEO activities by assisting with on-page optimization, content coordination, keyword research, and reporting. • Assist with email marketing and lifecycle execution (segmentation support, campaign launches, QA, and basic analysis). • Contribute to content creation for campaigns, landing pages, and web-based funnels (copy assistance, asset coordination, and updates). • Support funnel optimization by helping document and improve steps across web-based flows (tracking readiness, iteration, and QA). • Assist with CAC-focused testing workflows by monitoring results from ad variations and helping identify learning opportunities. • Maintain organization across marketing assets, campaigns, and reporting dashboards; ensure campaign data is properly captured. • Adapt quickly to changes in our CRM and marketing software environment and follow new workflows as tools evolve. • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to support rapid scaling initiatives and timely execution.
Desirable • Experience supporting scaling efforts for SaaS or subscription businesses. • Familiarity with marketing measurement practices (e.g., attribution concepts, conversion tracking checks, and basic reporting). • Experience working with landing page optimization and funnel analytics. • Background supporting CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns (e.g., onboarding, nurture sequences, retargeting coordination). • Comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation to track experiments and results.
