You'll call US-based patients by phone, educate them about care programs recommended by their physician, answer their questions, and enroll those who wish to participate.This is a great fit if you have a background in sales, call centers, telephone outreach, healthcare, or customer service and want meaningful remote work with a US company — with earnings in US dollars and performance-based upside.Fluent English is essential. Most of your calls will be with older American patients, so you must speak English clearly, confidently, and naturally — and you'll also handle calls in Spanish with Spanish-speaking patients.
