About the role South GA Research Group provides courthouse records research and document-retrieval services through Georgia Court Runners, serving clients across Georgia. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service and Data Entry professional to support day-to-day operations. What you’ll do Enter and update customer and case-related information accurately. Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally. Track requests, follow up on open items, and keep records organized. Review information for completeness and flag discrepancies. Requirements Advanced English is required, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable follow-through. Comfort working with online tools and handling repetitive data accurately. Previous customer service or data entry experience is preferred.
