Executive & Marketing Assistant

You must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and be able to support multiple workstreams with strong follow-through. • Strong technical skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience using ChatGPT or Claude • 3–5 years of marketing experience • Available approximately 30 hours per week • Able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours • Strong attention to detail • Follows directions carefully • Handles confidential information securely • Smart, resourceful, and dependable • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Proficient computer and typing skills • High-speed internet In this role, we expect clear communication, careful execution, and dependable task ownership—especially when working with client-facing updates and content publishing.

Key responsibilities We need a hands-on Technical Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team leaders. • Create and manage emails • Schedule and publish social media posts • Edit videos using Submagic • Draft and publish press releases • Post and schedule blog content • Gather data and prepare client updates • Create and update website pages • Provide Basecamp support • Manage email support • Use ChatGPT or Claude to complete work efficiently

Desirable (nice to have) We’d especially value: • Experience supporting marketing teams with repeatable workflows (e.g., templates for emails, press releases, and updates) • Comfort troubleshooting publishing or scheduling issues across common marketing tools • Experience maintaining marketing calendars and coordinating deadlines across multiple initiatives • Familiarity with video editing basics and maintaining consistent formatting for social and blog content • Prior experience using Basecamp effectively for task tracking and team coordination • People with high moral character and integrity • People who have spiritual faith and a willingness to serve • People who walk in humility
