Qualifications and requirements • At least 2 years of phone-based B2C sales, admissions, enrollment, inside sales, insurance, immigration services, home services, healthcare services, or another high-volume consultative sales environment supporting U.S. customers. • Fully fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. You must be able to conduct a discovery call and manage a pricing objection in either language without a translator. • Experience working daily in a CRM with lead stages, tasks, notes, appointment outcomes, and follow-up sequences. • Documented experience meeting a quota or commercial KPI. Be prepared to discuss lead volume, goals, attainment, and conversion metrics. • Strong telephone presence, active listening, organization, ownership, and follow-through. • Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, professional computer, and a quiet private workspace for recorded calls. • Availability for a fixed U.S. Central Time schedule: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on the assigned rotation. • You must use approved pricing, policies, scripts, and corporate systems. Unauthorized promises, discounts, private lead lists, or personal messaging channels are not permitted.
Key responsibilities You will own warm prospective-student leads from their first inquiry through a paid enrollment or a documented next step. • Respond rapidly to leads from instant forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. • Conduct discovery conversations in English and Spanish to understand the student’s campus, program, schedule, timing, and main concerns. • Explain approved program information accurately; handle objections ethically; and schedule campus visits with a clear date and time. • Confirm appointments, recover no-shows, follow up on registration and first payments, and reactivate leads that are not ready today. • Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, tasks, appointment outcomes, and lost reasons in GoHighLevel and corporate communication systems. • Coordinate with campus teams in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio so every visit receives a timely outcome and no prospect is lost between teams. • Work to measurable standards for response time, follow-up quality, appointments, visit show rate, paid registrations, and validated enrollments.
Preferred qualifications • Experience with GoHighLevel, WhatsApp Business, Meta messaging, dialers, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Close, or a comparable CRM. • Experience selling career training, healthcare education, vocational programs, or other services with a short B2C sales cycle. • Experience serving Hispanic consumers in the United States. • Experience coordinating appointments, payments, or enrollment documents with on-site teams.
